On Saturday April 14th, 2007 I attended a local charity book sale. My most cherished purchase of the day was $3.00 for an old copy of Walden by Henry David Thoreau.
At home I started to read the book but soon discovered that I was thumbing through the yellowed pages and reading snippets here and there like I do blogs.
I wondered to myself what would happen if Thoreau were a blogger today? In his time he sold at most 300 copies a year of his Walden book. Would 300 people visit his site?
Let’s find out together…
